20-30 mins. History taking, full examination (including ears, eyes, joints and skin), assessment, planning, blood/urine sampling if needed. 1-2 problems. Also includes preventative care including prevention for ticks, fleas, heartworm, intestinal worms (medication at extra cost).

Primarily dogs and cats, guinea pigs, chickens, and other common small animals. We do not specialize in reptiles or exotic birds.

Do you offer emergencies?

We're not an emergency service. If your pet is in distress, visit a 24/7 hospital immediately.

Can I use my pet insurance?

What is a house call vet?

How does a home call vet differ from a mobile vet?

House call vet, home call vet, and mobile vet are all terms for the same service - a veterinarian who provides care at your home rather than at a clinic. At Vet To Me, we offer comprehensive house call vet and home call vet services, bringing all the benefits of professional veterinary care to the comfort of your home.

Can you do surgery at home?

No. We can do minor wound care and minor procedures at home, but if the surgery is major or requires anasthesia, we will need to take your pet to a pet hospital or exquiped clinic.

Can you perform diagnostic tests such as blood tests at home?

Yes, we can perform common diagnostic tests such as blood tests, urine tests, and faecal tests at home. However we cannot perform X-Ray in a home setting.

How do payments work?

We accept major cards on‑site and send itemised invoices by email.

Will you turn up on time?

Timeliness is very important to us and we will endevour to be on time for your appointment. However, unforeseen delays do occur including traffic issues, or prior apppointments requiring additional time. We will endevour to keep you informed if we are running late. Generally we suggest having an hour window from the scheduled appointment time in mind to account for unexpected delays.
